The Family Tree

Does anyone else find themselves referring to the family tree occasionally to clarify who is related to who? The similarity of names and all this inter-marriage makes it a bit confusing! Still loving it, though. I'm more than a quarter of the way through and have found myself surprised by the turn of events. When the book began, I expected Jose Arcadio to be the dominant character throughout the book but it appears to have been gradually built around Aureliano Buendia (at least up to this point). But, there is still members of the family tree yet to be introduced! Well, I won't write too much more- not sure where everyone is at with it. Plus I need to catch the bus to work!
